Day 1 : Indianapolis, IN 

15:00 :  Delegation meets in the hall of the Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal (Address: 350 W New York St, IN 46202, Indianapolis) or Starbucks (Address: 1 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204) – tbc

Networking meeting with all participants in USA mission. Short informal presentations. Creation of possible groups (for future consortia) according to companies’ interests.

Possible visit to AMTRAK’s Indianapolis Distribution Center (IDC) – the company’s largest material and supply terminal, part of Cardinal line from New York to Chicago.

Suggestion to get a walk in Downtown Indianapolis or to visit Indiana State Museum with operating hours on Sundays till 17.00 or other venues suggested in the links

19.00 Dinner together in Downtown area at own expenses at Weber Grill Restaurant

Day 2 : Indianapolis, IN 

08.30 – 09.00 Transfer from hotel to location (by yourselves)
09.00 – 10:00 Welcome Reception with Industry Partners and Business Leaders at Regions Tower. Contact person: Colin Renk (Vice President of Client and Partner Services, International Center in Indianapolis).
10:00 – 10:40 Meeting with Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). Opportunities on location and doing business in Indiana. IEDC: Mattew Jaworowski (Manager, Interagency Affairs) or April Fisher (Vice President, Global Markets).
10:40 – 11:20 Meeting with Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce (Indy Chamber)
11:20 – 11:30 Break
11:30 – 12:10 Meeting with Northern Indiana Passenger Rail Association (NIPRA).

12.10 – 12.30 Transfer to the exhibition (15 min by foot)
12:30 Delegation starts the visit to Railway Interchange* and meetings with the target exhibitors and buyers. Opening exhibition hours: from 12:30 – 18:00.

13:40 – 18:00 Visits to booths of 3 associations: RSI (Railway Supply Institute), RSSI (Railway System Suppliers Inc.) and AREMA (American Railway Engineering& Maintenance-of-Way Association).
After the visits free time for individual meetings with exhibitors prearranged by yourselves.

09:40 – 10:00 On foot walk to APTA EXPO location (15 min distance by foot)
10:00 Delegation starts the visit to APTA EXPO*, meetings with target exhibitors. (Opening hours: 10:00 – 17:00)

11:00 – 12:45 The Application of Procurement Integrity in Public Transit Agencies

14:00 – 15:30 Meeting and organized 1,5 h visit tour with Brightline at Brightline Orlando Station (1,5-2h before the train to Miami)
